The GSCQCCP located in the United States of America is a registered non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. At present, more than 100 regional service centers or the service stations have been independently established in more than 30 countries and regions in Five Continents around the world. Thousands of volunteers have provided various services to aid Chinese people to withdraw from Communist Party organizations. The service centers in different regions have the following main responsibilities:1. Receive people’s three withdrawals phone calls and facsimiles, and help them publish their statements at the Quitting CCP website http://tuidang.epochtimes.com, including verbal statements. 2. Set up service sites in Chinese communities, tourist spots and other places; play sound recordings and the video recording; hold photo exhibits, widely disseminate the “Nine Commentaries” and information about quitting the Chinese Communist Party. 3. According to the constitutions and the legal stipulations of the countries and the regions, Organize and participate in various assemblies and seminars to support the people in China who quit the Party; make people aware of the Chinese Communist Party’s harassment and persecution towards the people who have quit the Party and at the same time, introduce government officials, representatives, international organizations and media to the “Nine Commentaries” and the “Three Withdrawals.” This effort also includes the introduction of the incidents of the evil Communist Party persecuting the people who have quit the Party, to win support from worldwide just forces. 4. Utilize online chat rooms, telephone calls, facsimiles, emails, radio broadcasts and many other methods to deliver the “Nine Commentaries” to all areas in China and publicize the progress and information of the “Three Withdrawals,” and answer the citizens' related questions. We welcome and accept donations from individuals and organizations. According to need, the service centers in different areas should register independently in their local areas and apply for funds from the local governments. A: The massive wave of resignations from the Chinese Communist Party began in late 2004 after the The Epoch Times published its Chinese-language edition of “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.” This publication revealed for the first time a historical account of the CCP’s formation, its advocacy of violence and deception, its destruction of traditional beliefs and the disaster it has brought upon the Chinese people.
In December 2004, soon after the release of the Nine Commentaries, people began to resign from the Party. (video introduction) The Nine Commentaries is now #1 on the CCP’s Internet blockade list.
Q: Where do people post their resignation statements?
A: Resignation statements are posted on the Quit the CCP Statement Website at http://tuidang.epochtimes.com/. The server is located outside of China. All the statements are easy to browse and search by keywords on the website.
Q: How can the Chinese in mainland China publish statements on a blocked overseas website?
A: To publish a formal statement on the Quit CCP Statement Website, which is blocked by China's Great Firewall, people can use one of following methods:
- Break the Internet blockade by using secure anonymous proxies or technologies, such as software tools provided by Ultrareach, Gpass or Dynamic Internet Technology Inc., which are all free for Chinese to use. There are over 60 local service centers or service booths in major cities around the world which make and accept phone calls, faxes and emails to and from Chinese people to help them to publish their statements on the website.
The Global Service Center also distributes free software for breaking the blockade to those who wish to quit the Party.
Q: Are people required to use their real name when publishing their statement?
A: People can choose to use their real name or an alias.
Q: Why do some people use an alias?
A: To the CCP, fewer members means less control, and they consider withdrawing from the Party as similar to being against the Party.
The CCP’s repression of those who quit the Party has happened from the very beginning of the Quit the CCP movement. Well-known Chinese lawyer Gao Zhisheng was sentenced to four years in jail because of his support of the movement; likewise writer and website director Li Hong (Zhang Jianhong), who was sentenced to six years in prison.

So using an alias is a way to protect oneself from being persecuted by the CCP.

The 'Three Withdrawals' refers to Withdrawal from the three communist organizations that most people join: the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Chinese Youth League (CYL) and the Chinese Young Pioneers (CYP).

The vast number of human-right activists, anti-violence demonstrators, and those who have been suppressed by the CCP, please remember: In order to succeed in human-right and anti-violence movements, one must first quit the CCP.
